This training provides a practical overview of RCRA hazardous waste requirements, Texas-specific waste management requirements, and DOT hazmat transportation regulations, focusing on proper identification, packaging, labeling, documentation, and compliance responsibilities. Participants will gain the knowledge needed to safely manage and ship hazardous materials in accordance with state and federal regulations. All attendees will receive a certificate of completion.
