Hello! I'm Abby!

I’m the owner and principal consultant/trainer of Vibe Environmental, where I help organizations turn complex EHS requirements into clear, practical, and engaging compliance solutions. My background spans state and federal regulations, hazardous materials and waste management, emergency spill response, EHS training, and full program development and implementation.

Over the years, I’ve served as an Environmental Manager for a heavy equipment dealer, TCEQ Environmental Investigator, EHS & Waste Director for a hazmat spill response company, and Environmental Program Manager at a joint reserve military base - experiences that shaped how I approach compliance: practical, proactive, and people-focused.

I genuinely love taking subject matter that’s traditionally seen as dry or “policy-on-a-shelf” and turning it into something memorable, relatable, and real-world. Whether I’m teaching a class or building a program, my goal is to make compliance stick - so it’s not just a binder in an office, but something people understand, connect with, and actually use.

Beyond my business, I’m honored to serve as the ASSP Region III Regional Vice President and as the founder of DFW Environmental Pros, a free networking group connecting environmental and safety professionals across North Texas.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a latte in hand, sneaking in a long nap, or hanging out with my family and critters.
